ABOUT ME

VerityGrowth was founded by Emma Onditi, an ICF-certified associate coach based in Austria. The organisation serves clients globally, both online and in person.

Through VerityGrowth, Emma supports professionals, leaders, and teams during change and transition.

Her work is inspired by her migration from Kenya to Austria, where she had to adapt to a new culture, learn a new language, rebuild her career, raise her son as a single parent, and redefine her identity across cultures

Through her migration experience and over a decade working with children and parents in Austria, Emma discovered she enjoys empowering people to grow at any life stage: childhood, adulthood, and within systems. 

  • She developed a passion for self-leadership, personal growth, and the impact of formative experiences on adult life. Applying this awareness and knowledge to challenges helped her uncover inner resources, reframe difficulties as opportunities, and take a reflective approach to change. This passion led her to train professionally as a coach.

  • Her professional background in education, combined with her work as a Coach, reinforced the understanding that transitions are often renegotiations of identity and not “just mere” changes in circumstances. Change takes time, mostly longer than we expect. If rushed, change can lead to outward adaptation but inner fragmentation, leaving people uncertain or disconnected. It is during the lingering in the “luminal messy middle” that VerityGrowth comes in to support

In my work, I blend three interconnected lenses:

  • Self:Self-awareness, self-leadership, your inner world, identity, and recurring patterns.
  • Others:Relational awareness, empathy, communication — how you relate, listen, influence, and set boundaries.
  • Systems:Organisational and cultural contexts, structures, party dynamics, and expectations.

This approach helps you remain true to yourself while adjusting to complex realities within the systems you are part of.

It combines professional coaching tools, reflective practices, pedagogical expertise, and a human-centred approach to help you translate insights into practical action in your everyday context.
